Darren and Tom helped me move from Lakenham to Cringleford in June. I’d left booking a removals firm to the last minute as I was dreading it. I’ve had a couple of bad experiences moving (one with a local company and one bigger co when I moved from London to Norwich). However my experience of Bunn Removals was fantastic. I posted on Nextdoor asking for recommendations and Bunn Removals was one of them. They were kind, friendly and hardworking. As my dad would say, I’m a bit of a hoarder and have too much stuff but that didn’t phase them! Even when they had to solve the mystery of how to get a large antique mahogany piece of furniture through a small and awkward right angle of two doors. They did it! I felt bad that I couldn’t do much with my bad shoulder but Darren insisted I didn’t need to. He went above and beyond to help me when I only had a day left on my rental agreement. It struck me how kind he was to go back the next day to the old property and pick up some bits outside and drop them off. I’m so happy I used Bunn removals. And in the future, when I buy more furniture online, I’ll be sending a message to Darren first!

Absolutely cannot recommend Darren and his team highly enough. On a stressful, busy and very hot day they were an absolute breath of fresh air. Calm, efficient and nothing was too much trouble for them when we were flapping around struggling to get things packed. Darren, Troy and Tyler were so friendly, great to chat to and kept us at ease while working incredibly hard to make our move as quick and easy as possible. Bunns removals were brilliant on my house move day they looked after everything on the day even when there was a slight problem when we got to new house they were patient and calm! Darren and his team moved my brother from west London to Norfolk yesterday – and they were fabulous; efficiently loading up two vans on busy, congested streets (and keeping everyone happy – no mean feat), to unloading into Spooner Row storage only a few hours later.
